Akeredolu appoints former NSCDC Top Brass as Ondo Amotekun Commander



Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, has appointed a former top Security officer, Chief Adetunji Olu-Adeleye as the Commander of the State Security Network Agency and Amotekun Corps.

He is a retired Deputy Commandant-General of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC)

The development came a few months after the Bill establishing the Agency was passed by the state House of Assembly and signed into law by Akeredolu.

Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Segun Ajiboye said the governor also approved the appointment of some personal aides including; Toyin Akinmoyo (Senior Special Assistant, Women Affairs); Bosun Oladimeji (Senior Special Assistant, Publication), and Albert Akintoye (Senior Special Assistant, Public Utilities).
