… as Aiyedatiwa promotes her to Grade level 17
The Ondo State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Otunba Wale Akinlosotu, Head of Service, Mr. Bayo Phillips alongside some members of the body of Permanent Secretaries, serving and retired, have lauded the retired Administrative Secretary of the Ondo State Ministry of Information and Orientation, Mrs. Toyin Onisile for her selfless and exemplary service to the Ondo State Public Service.
During the last day in office and 60th birthday celebration of the Administrative Secretary, Akinlosotu described Mrs Onisile as a diligent, dutiful, humble and selfless civil servant who contributed her quota to the progress of Ministry of Information and Orientation.
Also, the Head of Service in Ondo State, Mr Bayo Phillips, described the retirement of Mrs. Onisile from the service without any blemish as a testament to her unwavering competence and integrity, praying that the retiree will experience bliss and find fulfilment in her life in retirement.
Mr Phillips, while conducting the Pen Down ceremony for Mrs. Onisile, said the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa has promoted Mrs. Onisile to Grade level 17 describing the promotion as the post of a General Manager in the state Public Service.
Earlier in his message, Founder and Senior Pastor of The Agape Christian Ministries Worldwide, Bishop Felix Adejumo, rejoiced with the celebrant for the grace of attaining the diamond age and also bowing out gloriously from the service, describing him as God-fearing, a quintessential team leader, a highly cerebral personality, and a great role model that is worthy of emulation.
She joined the Ondo State Public Service as an Information Officer II in October 1991, and became a Administrative Secretary in 2022, and was promoted, to GL 17 in July 2024.
In her brief response at the event, the celebrant thanked Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and the state government for the various exposures and opportunities given to her to serve and make an impact within and outside the service.
