Vice chancellor of the University, Professor Olukayode Amund who made the promise at the 4th and 5th combined convocation ceremony held at the institution’s hall lauded the founder of the school for the world class infrastructure put in place to train young Nigerians to be self reliant and for prioritising research.

48 students bagged first class among the 413 graduating students in the two sets,184 graduated with second class upper division while 163 students bagged second class lower division and 9 graduated with a third class.
Addressing the congregation, Vice Chancellor of the university, professor Olukayode Amund said achievements of the university since its establishment include outstanding research works, inventions, international collaborations as well as accreditation and re- accreditation of academic programmes.
In their separate goodwill messages, founder of the institution, Chief Micheal Ade Ojo represented by a member of board of trustees of the institution, Sam Bolarinde, the chancellor, Dr Gbenga Oyebode and pro-chancellor, professor Olufemi Bamiro enjoined the graduands to put into use all they have learnt to develop themselves and the nation.
Ondo state Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who was represented by the Secretary to Government, Princess Oladunni Odu said the University is making remarkable impact on society with a promise that the present administration is Keen on creating an enabling environment for businesses to thrive in the state.
Speaking on behalf of the graduating students, Olawale Fasuba appreciated God for giving him and his mates the opportunity to start and end the program on a good note with assurance that they will be good ambassadors of the university.
Highpoint of the event was the presentation of awards and prizes to students that did well in their various courses.
