The Governor of Ondo State, Hon Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on Tuesday held a meeting with the Director General of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Mrs Zubaida Abubakar Umar, briefing her on the flood incident in Ondo town.
The NEMA DG, in company of other directors of the agency, arrived in Akure from Abuja on the invitation of the state government.
The team, after the meeting with the Governor, headed to Ondo with the officials of the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and Ondo State Ministry of Environment.
