H&B Global Sports has concluded “The Modern-Day Football Coach 3” workshop at Royal Bird Hotels and Resorts, Alagbaka, Akure.
The instructors, Ambassador Henry Abiodun, H&B Global Sports Director, Adeyanju Abiodun, and the Director of the Workshop, Mansur Abdullahi, introduced rarely spoken-about topics affecting the games of football. It was an eye-opening experience for the coaches as they learned about the components of football training, mental health and mental fitness in sports, professional club academy structure and organization, and playing styles and factors affecting style of play.
The workshop came to a close with a closing ceremony anchored by highly experienced Akintunde Akinsemola. Positive and encouraging remarks were made by Chairman of Ondo State Football Association, Otunba Sunday Dele-Ajayi; the Chairperson of the Ondo State Chapter of the Nigeria Football Coaches Association, Temitayo Onilude; the Workshop Director, Mansur Abdullahi; and the course class captain, Kayode Julius, before the H&B Global Sports president, Henry Abiodun moved the vote of thanks.
Score of coaches from Ondo State who went through the two-day training got certificates from the organization.
