Colleagues, friends and family have extolled the virtues of the immediate past Ondo State Head of Civil Service, Mr Dare Aragbaiye while urging him to be appreciative of God’s grace in his sojourn.
The Bishop of Owo Anglican diocese, Rt. Rev Ayodeji Fagbemi at the thanksgiving service in honor of the out going number one civil servant said the celebrant’s achievements attest to God’s favor and blessings in his life.
Odunayo odeja reports that the Chief of Staff to Governor Akeredolu Chief Olugbenga Ale, APC Catercaker Chairman in Ondo state Ade Adetimehin, Former deputy Governor of Ondo state Alhaji Lasisi Oluboyo, and Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye among others graced the event
The atmosphere was carnival likeas as dignitaries across the state and beyond joined Mr Dare Aragbaiye to appreciate God’s faithfulness over his career.
Rt. Rev Ayodeji Fagbemi in his sermon at St mary the Virgin Anglican Church Akure tasked Mr Aragbaye to keep trusting God and serving the Lord for greater accomplishments.
The Chairman of Christian Association of Nigeria, Ondo state chapter Rev Ayo Oladapo said the outgoing Head of service exemplified Christ throughout his years in service.
Chief of Staff to the Governor, Chief Olugbenga Ale said Mr Aragbaye will be greatly missed in the civil service.
The newly appointed Head of service Mr Adeniran Adeyemo said his predecessor is a great man whose work disposition is worthy of emulation.
A Federal Commissioner in the National Population commission Prince Oladiran Iyantan and the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Finance Mr Victor Olajorin said Aragbaye is a humble man who has impacted many lives positively
In his response the former Head of service who appreciated his guests for the show of love said he is fulfilled and will continue to give his best to the civil service even after retirement.
Mr Oluwadare Aragbaye is retiring after serving meritoriously for 34 years in the ondo State civil service.
