Nigeria’s Music Star Charly Boy Set To Release Musical Film ‘Odudubariba’

Nigerian showbiz maestro and rights activist, Charles Oputa, popularly known as Charlyboy said plans have been to release a musical film titled ‘Odudubariba’.

In a statement released by his manager, Doris Udensi on Friday in Abuja revealed that the singer who has been one of those clamouring for a better society is presently leading an advocacy and enlightenment campaign in that regards.

The statement also said he decided to go back to music as a way of mobilising citizens for nation-building.

According to his manager, He’s now taking a break from his street peaceful protests to channel his energy into conscious music .

This musical film drops on all TV, radio stations, and YouTube and will also be available on all music platforms from the 20th of September.

This film was directed by the legendary Akin Alabi, choreographed by the one and only world acclaimed Dr Kaffy, and costumes were designed by Modela.

The musical film highlights the position of Charlyboy as the king and pioneer of many positive changes that have taken place in the last 22 years in the entertainment industry.

The Septugenarian also made a debut in Nollywood when he took the character of Odudubariba in the Neflix original series, ‘King of Boys, Season2.
