As the agitation for a brighter Nigeria lingers, christian groups in Ondo State have joined their counterparts in neighbouring states to pray for national rebirth
Orange FM’s Olumide Adeluwoye reports that youths from various christian denominations trooped out in their thousands for the prayer walk.
The prayer walk started at First bank Alagbaka, Akure
The Convener of the initiative, Caroline Tacha says she was motivated by the passion with which youth in neighboring states are seeking God’s intervention for total change in the country.
The General Overseer of Agape Christian Ministries, Apostle Felix Adejumo and his counterpart from Greenville Church, Pastor Sam Neye said prayer answereth all things and the reason for the prayer walk is for God to take charge of the land.
Others said the time has come for divine intervention in the governance of the country.
As Nigerians continue to seek national transformation it is hoped that everyone will play his or her part to achieve the kind of country we all long for.
