Orange FM’s Head of News, Bimpe Akindele, loses father

The death has occurred of Pa Joshua Bamidele Adesuyi, the father of orange FM Head of News and Current Affairs, Adebimpe Akindele.

Pa Adesuyi was an education administrator who worked in various secondary schools, a philanthropist, preacher, organist and farmer who retired almost 30 years ago.

A graduate of university of Ibadan, who taught French, English and Agriculture with ease, Pa Adesuyi popularly called Bamington by his peers, was the Vice principal of former Ondo State College Arts and Science (OSCAS) in Ikare, before his retirement .

Pa Joshua Adesuyi who passed during a brief illness on 6th October would have been 90 in January 2025.

He is survived by wife, children, grandchildren, in-laws among other family members.

Burial arrangements will be announced later.
