Management of the osrc media group has held a consultative meeting with Freelance and Independent Broadcasters Association of Nigeria (FIBAN) with the aim of driving a better relationship amongst the organization and members of staff towards a better content delivery
The Director of Operations Sushine 96.5FM Alalaye Mrs Bukola Ogunkuwa said the meeting was to further create a better platform for future achievements in the media organization.
ORANGEFM’s Oluseye Akinwalere reports that Sunshine 96.5FM Alalaye the first radio station to operate fully in indigenous languages in the South-West with wide range signal started its transmission on the 1st of January 2020.
This is the second edition of the consultative meeting with FIBAN Presenters and Producers on Sunshine 96.5FM to meet minds with the organization and their members.
The Director of Operations Sushine 96.5FM Alalaye Mrs Bukola Ogunkuwa in her welcome address ascribed the success of the radio station during the out gone year to the first meeting where she urged them to educate, inform and entertain with contents that are well researched and have depth.
A member of Top Management Mr Soji Alakuro in his address appreciated members of FIBAN who have been dedicated to Alalaye from the start and charged them to endeavour to work on creating better programmes and that issues raised will be promptly attended to.
The national secretary Adebayo Taiwo and the Acting Chairman of FIBAN Afolabi Adebayo and Some members of FIBAN Adeniyi Adebayo, Adekunle Adewumi and Tomogun Olubunmi appreciated the motive of the meeting as they raised various issues needing attention, while also pleading with the management to ensure that they are rectified
Director of Engineering Engr Femi Aiyekomilogbon assured members of FIBAN that the organization will address issues that need attention.
It is expected that with issues raised by the members of FIBAN and the assurances of the management, the media organizations will reach heights expected of them.
