The First Lady of Ondo State, Mrs. Esther Oluwaseun Aiyedatiwa, on Monday, October 26, 2026, led a delegation of women from the state to the opening day of the 26th International Women’s Conference at Eko Hotel and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The conference was convened by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO), chaired by the First Lady of Lagos State, Mrs. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu.
The opening day featured insightful sessions on inclusion and support for persons with disabilities, personal wellness, children’s safety in the digital space, and fertility awareness.
Members of the Ondo State delegation included the wife of the Deputy Governor, Dr. Mrs. Abosede Adelami; the Ondo State APC Women Leader, Chief Mrs. Iji Ayeola; wives of commissioners and local government chairmen; female candidates for the Ondo State House of Assembly; Mrs. Tomisin Edu; Iyalojas; and other distinguished dignitaries.
