Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has visited the Forward Operating Base, FOB, Naval Base in Igbokoda, Ilaje Local Government Area, to assess the situation following the Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash.
The Governor was briefed on the recovery and search operations as efforts continue at the crash site.
The FOB Commander also led Governor Aiyedatiwa to the location where remnants of the crashed aircraft were being evacuated by personnel of the Nigerian Navy.
