The Federal University of Technology and Environmental Sciences, Iyin-Ekiti, has fixed Monday, October 12, 2026, for the resumption of returning students for the 2026/2027 academic session.
The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Gbenga Aribisala, announced this in a statement on Saturday, assuring students of the university’s commitment to uninterrupted academic activities and timely completion of their programmes.
He said the university had completed its maiden academic session, which commenced on January 5, 2026, in August.
Aribisala added that fresh students would resume on Monday, November 2, 2026.
He emphasised that the university would maintain a predictable academic calendar to ensure students progress through their programmes without unnecessary delays.
