Ondo State Governor, Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, has expressed condolences to the Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Alhaji Amidu Takuro, over the death of his father, Alhaji Idris Ojakunle Takuro.

In a condolence message, Governor Aiyedatiwa described the death as a painful loss, extending his sympathies to the Commissioner, the Takuro family and others mourning the deceased.

The Governor, who conveyed the condolences on behalf of the government and people of Ondo State, urged the bereaved family to draw comfort from the memories and legacies of the late Alhaji Takuro.

He prayed Almighty Allah to forgive the deceased’s shortcomings, grant him Al-Jannatul Firdaus and give the family the strength to bear the loss.
