These are the Ballon d’Or criteria! 👀🌕
The Ballon d’Or has confirmed the 3 criteria journalists must consider when voting for the best player in the world. 🏆
1️⃣ **Individual performance** 🌟
How well has the player performed individually? Decisive moments, outstanding displays and consistency are key.
2️⃣ **Team success** 🏆
The trophies won by the player’s team and how important they were in helping the team achieve success.
3️⃣ **Fair play** 🤝
The player’s behaviour, sportsmanship, respect and attitude both on and off the pitch.
⚖️ Individual performance comes first, followed by team achievements, then class and fair play.
